Salary: SGD 3,500 per month

Job Overview

This role will be based at the Personal Systems Singapore Development Center and will report to the

Senior R&D Director. The position provides essential administrative and operational support to the

Engineering R&D organization, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through effective

coordination, communication, and organization.

The role focuses on managing schedules, travel, records, procurement, and stakeholder

communication while handling routine and special assignments with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the Engineering R&D organization.

Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for senior leaders.

Support budget-related activities for assistants, senior leaders, and new cost centers.

Coordinate travel arrangements, shipping schedules, and logistics.

Prepare, submit, and track expense reports.

Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.

Prepare reports, presentations, and perform word processing tasks.

Distribute mail and coordinate internal communications.

Greet and escort visitors and coordinate with internal departments.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on routine and special assignments.

Support cross-functional teams such as Finance, Purchasing, and Human Resources when

required.

Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

Professional attitude with a high level of maturity.

Proven experience providing administrative or secretarial support to senior leaders.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and support departmental leadership.

Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
