Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with company policies and tracking payments.
Manage and update the CRM system to maintain customer records, track interactions, and generate reports as needed.
Perform daily general office administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings and coordinating office supplies.
Provide administrative support to team members, including data entry, report preparation, contract preparation and assisting with travel or event arrangements.
Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain office equipment and ensure a tidy, efficient workspace.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support the team's operational needs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role (1-3 years preferred).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
Ability to work on-site full-time in Singapore.
