Responsibilities
- Manage daily office facilities operations including electrical, HVAC, UPS, generator, lighting, plumbing & etc. systems.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure all office systems are in good working condition.
- Support IT and server room infrastructure - including power supply, cooling, FM-200/pre-action fire suppression, and environmental monitoring.
- Administer door access control systems and after-hours support.
- Oversee CCTV operations, including system monitoring, footage retrieval, and coordination with security vendors.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with vendors and building management.
- Vendor, contractor and incident management.
- Ensure safety, fire, and audit compliance in line with Singapore standards.
- Support space planning, office setup, and staff relocations in coordination with stakeholders.
- Liaise with landlord, vendors, and internal departments for operational and escalation matters.
- Oversee and maintain the overall office operations, ensuring a clean and comfortable workspace.
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Track facility budgets, vendor contracts, and maintenance documentation.
- Other administrative supports.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in facilities operations or corporate real estate, preferably within financial or IT-driven environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of UPS, generator systems, electrical distribution, HVAC, and fire suppression (FM-200/pre-action).
- Experience managing door access control and CCTV systems.
- Familiarity with vendor management, building management systems (BMS), and compliance reporting.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong skills in applying formulas, analysing datasets, and generating reports.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
- Able to work independently and support after-hours maintenance or emergency situations when required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
