Office Admin Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
. Handling and submission of monthly invoices & bills, follow-up and update Finance & suppliers for payment-related stuff (low-mid volume transaction).
. Outdoor errands-running, as and when assigned (1-2 times per month).
. Arrange team-bonding activities, track office supplies, purchase and place orders such as computers/laptops, office stationery, monthly pantry purchasings/top-ups.
. Coordinating with external vendors for delivery of water, purchasing matters etc.
. Update and submit Petty cash excel records.
. Arrange for courier/postage services (FedEx, SF express) as and when needed (very low transaction, 1-2 times every 3 months).
. Update/amend the company assets listing sheet as when they there are allocation of assets to new-joiners, retrieval of assets back from resignees.
. Re-format laptops/computers when resignees left the company.
. Send out Grab birthday vouchers to employees in their birthday month, as and when needed.
. Submission of business agreements such as sales contracts, tenancy agreements, legal contract to Legal colleagues. Handle coordination between Legal colleague and suppliers.
Job Requirements:
. Possess minimum Diploma qualification with 2 to 5 years in Admin/Office Support
. Possess teamwork and able to speak fluent AND write good Chinese (hanyu pinyin) so as to liaise with colleagues in China
. Patient, meticulous, possess great attitude, and have a keen eye for details and initiative to check and prepare documents/paperwork using Excel (must have Excel knowledge such as vlookup, sumif functions)
. Work Location: near Labrador Park MRT (mTower)
. Mon to Fri, 930am to 630pm
