Network Engineer

WE'RE HIRING – NETWORK ENGINEERS & IT FIELD SUPPORT ENGINEERS

SmartField Tech is expanding its IT field services network in Singapore and looking for skilled Network Engineers and experienced IT Field Support professionals.

We have opportunities for both full-time positions and on-demand daily dispatch assignments.

Location: Singapore

OPEN POSITIONS:

1⃣ NETWORK ENGINEER – FULL-TIME

• Enterprise network support and maintenance

• Routing and switching

• Cisco routers and switches

• LAN/WAN and VLAN troubleshooting

• Network monitoring and incident resolution

• Firewall and connectivity troubleshooting

• Network configuration and documentation

2⃣ IT DISPATCH / FIELD SUPPORT ENGINEER – ON-DEMAND

• Daily onsite IT support assignments

• Desktop, laptop and hardware troubleshooting

• EUC / Deskside Support

• Network troubleshooting and connectivity support

• Hardware installation and replacement

• Server and network equipment support

• Break-fix and IMAC services

• Site visits and technical reporting

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Relevant hands-on IT or networking experience

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Experience in enterprise IT environments

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to handle onsite assignments independently

• Relevant certifications such as CCNA are an advantage
