Job Description

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Working Hours : Mondays to Fridays (office hours)

Salary: $2500-2900/Month

Key Responsibilities

Programme Coordination & Operations

  • Manage school visits for museum-based learning programmes, including bookings via online portals, emails, and phone enquiries
  • Coordinate logistics, resources, and support services required for programme delivery
  • Conduct briefings and assist with crowd management during school visits
  • Track and maintain programme data, statistics, and KPIs
  • Update programme SOPs and operational guidelines where required

Workshops & Programme Support

  • Support the planning and execution of workshops and educational programmes (onsite and virtual)
  • Coordinate equipment and logistics for programme delivery
  • Assist in research and content development for education-related initiatives
  • Support maintenance of exhibition and learning spaces

Administrative & Outreach Support

  • Disseminate marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and resource kits
  • Monitor inventory and procurement of programme materials
  • Handle general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and coordination abilities
  • Comfortable engaging with students and managing groups
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team

Skillset:

  • Able to manage large student groups up to 120 pax per session.
  • Able to give mass briefing in a clear, firm and professional manner.
  • Able to work well in and adapt to a fast-paced environment and remain calm in unpredictable situations.
  • Able to work well in a team of two/small team.
  • Professional communication and good email writing skills as the incumbent will be handling large volume of email correspondences with teachers, stakeholders and vendors.
  • Organised and careful with details.
  • Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office (especially with using excel), Outlook email, online booking portals.
