  • Manage end-to-end valuation assignments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with external valuers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely valuation processes.
  • Perform accurate data entry of valuation information into internal systems and databases.
  • Maintain, update, and verify valuation records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Prepare, organize, and archive valuation files for audit readiness and compliance.
  • Maintain and follow up to ensure timely completion of valuation reports
  • Ensure all valuation activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct periodic checks to ensure consistency and accuracy across valuation reports and documentation.
  • Liaise with internal teams, property officers, finance departments, and external valuation partners.
  • Address queries relating to valuation timelines, documentation requirements, and report outcomes
  • Perform business development duties with relevant clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in property valuation.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
