- Manage end-to-end valuation assignments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with external valuers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely valuation processes.
- Perform accurate data entry of valuation information into internal systems and databases.
- Maintain, update, and verify valuation records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Prepare, organize, and archive valuation files for audit readiness and compliance.
- Maintain and follow up to ensure timely completion of valuation reports
- Ensure all valuation activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct periodic checks to ensure consistency and accuracy across valuation reports and documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams, property officers, finance departments, and external valuation partners.
- Address queries relating to valuation timelines, documentation requirements, and report outcomes
- Perform business development duties with relevant clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property valuation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
