Job Scope:
- Drive the implementation of Singapore's Culture Pass programme through coordinating and processing heritage-related applications, with opportunities to suggest process improvements and innovations
- Develop and manage basic data analytics, generating insights from heritage programme participation patterns to inform policy decisions
- Support stakeholder engagement initiatives by managing applicant relationships and building a stakeholder database for client's stakeholder planning
- Conduct programme evaluation through site visits and assessments, contributing to quality assurance and programme enhancement
- Support policy research by collecting and analysing data for client-driven Culture Pass initiatives
- Contribute to the development of best practices in heritage Culture Pass programme administration
- Perform secretariat duties for Culture Pass, which may include (but not limited to) note taking, compilation of presentation decks, and/or scheduling of meetings and site visits.

Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays (9am to 6pm)
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or early career professionals with a degree in any discipline. Those with backgrounds in Arts Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration or related fields would have an advantage
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and generate meaningful insights
- Strong writing skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Knowledge of data visualisation tools would be an advantage
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives independently
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
- Keen interest in Singapore's heritage and cultural sector
- Demonstrated leadership experience through CCAs, internships, or previous work experience
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to propose and implement process improvements
- Willing to work on weekday evenings and weekends if required for programme visits [Note: Days off-in-lieu will be provided accordingly]
