- Proficient in surface treatment technologies and processes for mechanical components, with a solid grasp of surface finish requirements and mechanical property considerations.
- Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings, including dimensional specifications, aesthetic standards, and geometric tolerances.
- Experienced in metal fabrication techniques, such as polishing, sandblasting, etching, and laser processing.
- Capable of designing manufacturing workflows for metal parts and mold components to optimize production efficiency and quality.
- Hands-on expertise in adjusting jigs and fixtures, fine-tuning equipment parameters, utilizing precision measurement tools, and troubleshooting to ensure product compliance with specifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a closely related discipline.
- Solid grasp of dimensional tolerance analysis and core machining principles.
- Proficient in 3D/2D CAD software (e.g., UG) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experienced in organizing and analyzing data effectively.
- Highly proactive with communication and coordination abilities.
