Merchant Operations Officer (Contract)

Position Summary

The Merchant Operations (MO) team is part of the Customer Service and Operations division in NETS. This team is responsible for verifying and onboarding customers onto NETS internal systems.

The officer will be in the team to support the SGQR label re-deployment project. The officer will be working with our selected vendor to provide the labels, track and monitor the deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify all the SGQR labels merchants.
• Locate, identify and download SGQR labels from the system.
• Provide softcopy and hardcopy of the labels to vendors.
• Track and ensure vendors visit merchants location for the labels to be exchanged with the newly printed. Update and maintain the master tracker in excel

Requirements

• Minimun Higher Nitec / Nitec or GCE A Level
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Must be proficient at Microsoft office, especially in Excel
• Meticulous and able to work under tight deadlines
• Conscientious & team player
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
