Roles and Responsibilities
- Casework management and conduct biopsychosocial-spiritual assessment and deliver intervention to support patients with skin conditions
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to identify patient needs and refer patients to appropriate NSC programmes for financial assistance
- Design, conduct and evaluate patient support groups and community outreach programmes
- Deliver psychoeducation through workshops and seminars to patients, families, staff and the public
- Participate in organisation/department initiatives and projects
Job Requirements
- Degree in Social Work/ Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work with 2 years of social work experience
- Candidates with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling will have an added advantage
- Effective clinical skills in assessment, intervention, casework and counselling
