Job Description

• Assist Professional Engineer in liaison, preparation and follow up of Authority Submission.

• Work closely with Clients / Architects / Structural Engineers / Quantity Surveyors, etc. to produce design from concept to detail design.

• Identifies discrepancies in results.

• Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with little supervision.

• Independently performs all the tasks necessary to complete primary design elements for various building services e.g., ACMV, HVAC, plumbing and sanitary, Electrical, ELV, Fire Protection.

• Good understanding of BIM Modelling

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution

• Min 2 years in consultant firms.

• Familiar with building code and authority submission procedure.

• Able to work independent with minimal supervision.

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary is based on your experiences and technical knowledge.
