Develop and manage the mechanical engineering works schedule in alignment with the overall project master schedule.
Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other departments to address technical matters related to mechanical work.
Possess the necessary qualifications, competencies, and skills to effectively manage and supervise mechanical works.
Lead the on-site mechanical construction team to ensure smooth execution of work by subcontractors.
Conduct inspections of MEP works, including ACMV, plumbing, water piping, fire hydrant systems, and fire protection systems prior to the commencement of construction activities.
Ensure full compliance with relevant standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations.
Oversee all Mechanical issues on-site to ensure proper resolution.
REQUIREMENT:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering taht recognized by PE Board Singapore
Minimum 3 years working experience in the Electrical / Mechanical Engineering construction industry experience
Possess strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experiences
Strong Knowledge of Mechanical details, working drawings and local construction practices
