Senior Mechanical Engineer

. Technically sound and consistently designed and delivered to client's project requirements.

. Preparation of design report, calculation, drawings, specification, cost estimates and schedules for project assigned.

. Assist Professional Engineer in management of preparation, liaison, and follow up with authority submission and approval.

. Liaison with client, architects, QS and other project consultants throughout the duration of projects.

. Supervise and guide employees assigned to the projects.

. Role as project manager.

. Implementation of QA/ QC.

. Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Polytechnic with more than 5 years of working experience in engineering design consulting practice on Building Services projects

. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University and eligible for registration with the Professional Engineers Board with more than 3 years of working experience in engineering design consulting practice on Building Services projects.

. Being a Professional Engineer is an advantage.

. Strong project technical knowledge and design softwares

. Good supervision and project management skills

. Excellent with local codes and authority submission procedures

. Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills

. Lead team of staff for successful delivery of projects

. Strong analytical skills would be preferred

. Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills

. Strong time management and resources management skill
