Mechanical Engineer

Design, integrate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical systems for plasma processing,

water treatment, and custom-built industrial equipment. Strong hands-on involvement

required.

Responsibilities:

. Design systems for plasma equipment, water treatment, and custom machinery

. Prepare drawings using AutoCAD (ACAD)

. Select materials suitable for high temperature, corrosion, and pressure

. Coordinate with external vendors for fabrication and ensure design compliance

. Support system integration with electrical and process components

. Perform hands-on installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and

operation

. Support production and daily operation of systems and equipment

. Optimize system performance, efficiency, and reliability

. Develop maintenance procedures and ensure equipment uptime

. Support R&D, prototyping, and system scale-up

. Prepare basic technical documentation (drawings, SOPs, reports)

Requirements

. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

. Knowledge of fluid systems, heat transfer, and mechanical design

. Proficient in AutoCAD (ACAD)

. Hands-on, practical, and able to work in workshop and production environment

. Willing to travel and work on-site as required (local and overseas)
