Material Planner (MNC, Hybrid, Semiconductor, SAP exp )

You will make sure the region always has the parts and materials needed to support customers, managing inventory flow, stocking levels and replenishment in partnership with account and field teams.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the account team to understand business needs and demand forecast drivers, and set appropriate stocking and replenishment levels

• Represent the region to the central supply team to secure the required stock and resources

• Work with customers, internal account teams and field service personnel to define replenishment processes, issue and receipt procedures, inventory control policies and systems that support material availability and distribution to the field

• Oversee the inventory management process, define suitable inventory levels, and reduce obsolete, and aging material

• Develop and maintain a plan for every part based on historical usage, and keep the SAP system updated for forecasting

• Develop and enforce business processes and workflows that support efficient operations

• Perform other duties as assigned

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent

• Min 3 years of related experience (materials planning, inventory management or supply chain)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including experience handling difficult stakeholders

• Good spoken and written English

• Independent, with sound judgement, diplomacy, analytical ability and a professional manner
