Job Description
Working Hour: Monday to Friday
Location: Woodlands
Cleanroom Environment
Responsibilities
Perform installation, commissioning and planned maintenance activities independently.
Provide front-line field service support, including fault finding, troubleshooting and rectification.
Ensure all service activities comply with health and safety policies and procedures.
Prepare accurate service reports and work with technical teams to resolve product issues.
Use SAP to record service information and manage field service notifications and orders through to completion.
Requirements
Nitec or Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or any of related discipline.
Able to perform standby duties and night shift as required.
