Monday to Friday : 0830 - 1730
Saturday : 0830 - 1230
Job Responsibilities:
- To organise and to prioritize the variety of programming job that had been tasked in an effective and timely manner.
- To assist in providing to sales team on accurate machining cycle time (RFQ) for new parts.
- Assisting the teams to analyse data (Inspection report) and able to rectify the problem.
- Able to communicate with customer on technical issues relates to programming.
- Ability to determine the best sequence of operation between Milling & Turning.
- Analysing manufacturing feasibility e.g. GD & T requirements before starting programming.
- Provide engineering support to the teams on all technical / programming issues.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Production Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in precision machining environment.
- Proficient in CAM programming (Mastercam, SolidCAM, or equivalent). Knowledge of UG and SolidWorks software will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of CNC Milling and Turning processes, GD&T, and technical drawings.
- Analytical skills to interpret inspection reports and resolve production issues effectively.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
