Material Handling Engineer

We are seeking an experienced MHS Engineer to join the Realog PMC team on-site. This is a hands-on technical role within a live brownfield cargo terminal environment, requiring direct coordination with multiple specialist contractors and close collaboration with the Project Director, Project Managers, and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

The MHS Engineer will oversee technical delivery, contractor coordination, and quality assurance across all MHS work packages. Specific responsibilities include reviewing contractor design submissions, shop drawings, and method statements for compliance with tender specifications supervising on-site installation, testing, and commissioning activities monitoring contractor progress against the project schedule and flagging deviations early coordinating interface management between concurrent work packages and the live terminal operation supporting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for all MHS equipment ensuring works comply with Singapore standards and regulatory requirements (BCA, SCDF as applicable) preparing technical site reports and contributing to monthly progress reporting and liaising with OEM suppliers and sub-contractors on technical specifications, spare parts, and warranty matters. Mainly ASRS, PCHS, ULD Hoist.
