As our Marketing Specialist, you'll be the engine behind our marketing execution, owning campaigns, supporting regional growth across ASEAN, and helping us show up impactfully across every channel. You'll work closely with leadership in a role where no two days look the same.
What You'll Do
Campaign Execution
- Execute campaigns across email, social, and other digital channels
- Manage timelines, assets, and scheduling to ensure campaigns go out on time
- Monitor performance and make quick adjustments when needed
Performance Tracking
- Track key campaign metrics and maintain regular performance reports
- Ensure data accuracy across platforms and dashboards
- Highlight performance trends and flag areas for improvement
Regional Channel Support
- Liaise with channel partners across the region on ongoing marketing activities
- Identify and coordinate participation in relevant events and partner initiatives
- Act as the day-to-day marketing point of contact for regional channels
- Support execution of marketing activities across ASEAN markets
Events Execution
- Handle end-to-end event logistics (vendors, materials, setup)
- Support onsite execution when required
- Track timelines and follow up with stakeholders before and after events
Marketing Operations
- Support day-to-day execution of marketing operations across tools and platforms
- Assist with campaign setup, list management, and workflow coordination
- Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them
What We're Looking For
- 0–5 years of marketing experience — fresh graduates welcome with relevant internships or project experience
- Experience supporting and executing campaigns across email and social media is a plus
- Exposure to events (virtual or in-person) and marketing tools/CRMs is a bonus
- Strong attention to detail and solid administrative skills
- Clear communicator with a practical, problem-solving mindset
- Positive attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done
- Eager to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently while collaborating with a lean team
- Flexibly to travel when needed
Must be based in Singapore with valid work authorization (Singapore Citizen, PR, or valid Employment Pass)
