The Client Solutions Specialist is a results-driven B2C sales role focused on driving revenue growth through the acquisition and conversion of individual learners across ISCA Academy's Professional, Sector, and Digital programs.
The role focuses on engaging prospective learners, understanding their learning and career needs, and recommending suitable programmes. Success in this role requires strong customer engagement, responsiveness, and the ability to manage a high-volume sales pipeline to achieve conversion targets and deliver a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2C sales of ISCA Academy's training programs by converting enquiries into confirmed enrollments.
- Promote and grow subscriptions for digital learning platforms through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Respond promptly to enquiries from various channels (e.g., website leads, calls, emails, campaigns, and events) to ensure high conversion rates.
- Identify and generate new leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and participation in marketing activities.
- Understand learners needs and recommend suitable programs to support their career and learning goals.
- Build strong relationships with learners to encourage repeat enrolments and upselling opportunities.
- Represent ISCA Academy at events, roadshows, and promotionalactivities to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems and provide regular performance updates to management.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, including enrolment and subscription growth.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in any discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in education, training, or service-based sales will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and close sales effectively.
- Results-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
