Job Description

R SQUARE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead business development and client acquisition for our manpower supply services in the construction and plant construction & maintenance (PCM) sectors in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

. Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities
. Identify and approach construction companies, contractors, and engineering firms requiring manpower supply
. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
. Prepare company profiles, proposals, and service presentations
. Attend meetings with potential clients and negotiate manpower supply agreements
. Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in the construction sector
. Coordinate with operations and recruitment teams to match manpower supply with client requirements
. Maintain a database of potential clients and leads

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
. Minimum 3-5 years experience in sales, marketing, or business development
. Experience in construction, engineering, or manpower supply industry is preferred
. Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
. Self-motivated with a strong ability to achieve sales targets
. Familiarity with corporate networking platforms such as LinkedIn is an advantage
