Regional Scope: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, China (Suzhou), Germany

Job Description

FOZL Group is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead execution of our established marketing strategy and content ecosystem. This hands on role owns day to day delivery across digital and offline channels, ensuring consistent brand standards across multiple markets.


Key Responsibilities

1. Execute integrated marketing plans across digital and offline channels with strong quality control and on time delivery

2. Own social media operations and publishing cadence across key platforms

3. Manage end to end content workflow including copywriting, creative briefing, visual direction, video coordination, approvals, and asset delivery

4. Maintain and optimise the content calendar and campaign plan aligned to business priorities and key events

5. Coordinate regional execution across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, and Germany for consistent brand standards

6. Support events, client engagements, partnerships, employer branding, and internal branding initiatives

7. Track performance against KPIs, prepare reporting, and recommend improvements

8. Manage marketing collateral including brochures, newsletters, EDMs, event kits, and presentation decks

9. Work with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure high quality and timely delivery

10. Improve productivity through modern tools and AI assisted workflows while maintaining professional judgement and brand governance

Requirements

1. 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing, content operations, digital communications, or integrated marketing

2. At least 2 years leading projects or managing vendors, timelines, and delivery quality

3. Professional services experience (accounting, consulting, legal, banking) is an advantage

4. Strong business writing and editing skills in English

5. Mandarin proficiency required to create bilingual content and liaise with Mandarin speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders as part of the role

6. Strong execution and project management skills with high attention to detail and follow through

7. Proficiency with content tools and collaboration tools

8. Paid media, SEO basics, email marketing or marketing automation, and analytics experience is a plus

9. Able to enhance existing marketing systems and processes
