Salary: SGD 5,000 to 7,000 per month, commensurate with experience

The Opportunity
FOZL Group is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our established marketing strategy and content ecosystem. This is a hands on role accountable for day to day delivery, campaign rollout, content governance, and performance reporting across digital and offline channels in multiple markets.
What you will do
- Execute integrated marketing plans across digital and offline channels, ensuring accuracy, quality control, and on time delivery
- Own social channel operations and publishing cadence across key platforms including LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok
- Manage end to end content workflow, copywriting, creative briefing, visual direction, video production coordination, approvals, and asset delivery
- Maintain and enhance the content calendar aligned to business priorities, market needs, and key events
- Coordinate regional execution across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, China (Suzhou) and Germany, ensuring consistent brand standards
- Support corporate events, client engagements, partnerships, employer branding, and internal branding initiatives
- Track performance against defined KPIs, prepare monthly reports and insights, and recommend optimisation actions
- Manage marketing collateral including brochures, newsletters, EDMs, event kits, and presentation decks
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high quality outputs on schedule
- Improve productivity through modern content tools and AI assisted workflows while maintaining professional judgement and brand governance
What we are looking for
- 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing, content operations, digital communications, or integrated marketing
- At least 2 years leading projects or managing vendors and delivery timelines
- Experience in professional services (accounting, consulting, legal, banking) is an advantage
- Strong business writing and editing skills in English
- Mandarin proficiency required to create bilingual content and liaise with Mandarin speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders as part of the role
- Strong execution and project management skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency with content and collaboration tools (for example Canva, Adobe, CapCut, Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, basic analytics)
- Experience with paid media, SEO basics, email marketing or marketing automation, and analytics is a plus
- Able to take over and enhance existing marketing systems and processes confidently
- Indonesia market exposure is an advantage, Bahasa communication ability is a plus but not required
