Key Responsibilities:
. Social Media Content Creation: Create scroll-stopping short-form videos, product explainers, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content tailored to each platform's algorithm and audience.
. Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the team to plan and execute seasonal campaigns, launches, and influencer activations across all digital touchpoints.
. Platform Management: Manage and grow our brand presence on TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and Instagram. Schedule and post regularly, engage with communities, and respond to comments/messages.
. Analytics & Optimisation: Track content performance, analyse data, and continuously optimise for better reach, engagement, and sales.
Requirements:
. At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing
. Knowledge of social media platforms functions (I.e. Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Xiaohongshu) is required.
. Basic photography knowledge and video-editing skills
. Excellent video editing and content creation skills
. Fluent in English and Mandarin
. Self-starter, fast-learner, agile, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
. Comfortable speaking in front of camera.
