ABOUT KYO CARDS

Kyo Cards is a fast-growing trading card (TCG) marketplace in Southeast Asia, building a transaction-driven platform for collectors and traders.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Executive to drive user acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth. This is a hands-on, performance-driven role focused on running campaigns, optimising funnels, and scaling what works. You will be measured on outcomes - your ability to drive efficient growth across CAC, conversion rates, ROAS, and GMV.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

User Acquisition (Core Focus)

  • Execute and optimise paid campaigns:

  • Meta (Facebook / Instagram Ads)

  • TikTok Ads

  • Google Ads (Search / Display)

  • Manage budgets and scale high-performing campaigns

  • Continuously optimise targeting, creatives, and bidding

Conversion & Funnel Optimisation

  • Improve full funnel performance:

  • Traffic Sign-up First Purchase Repeat Purchase

  • Identify drop-offs and improve conversion rates

  • Optimise landing pages and conversion flows

Data & Growth Analytics

  • Track and optimise key metrics:

  • CAC

  • Conversion rates

  • ROAS / ROI

  • GMV per user

  • Build simple dashboards and performance reports

  • Scale what works, cut what doesn't

Growth & Channel Scaling

  • Scale high-performing channels while maintaining efficiency

  • Test and validate new acquisition channels (KOLs, affiliates, partnerships)

  • Grow social channels with a focus on traffic and conversion (not vanity metrics)

  • Work with content team to produce performance-driven creatives

Experimentation & Scaling

  • Run A/B tests on:

  • Creatives (UGC, short-form video, static)

  • Hooks and messaging (price, rarity, urgency)

  • Identify winning strategies and scale quickly

  • Explore new channels (KOLs, affiliates, partnerships)

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years in performance or growth marketing

  • Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, and/or Google Ads

  • Proven hands-on experience managing and optimising paid campaigns directly (not via agencies)

  • Experience managing and scaling paid campaigns with measurable budgets

  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels and user behaviour

  • Data-driven and comfortable working with metrics (CAC, ROAS, conversion rates)

  • Experience in e-commerce or marketplace platforms is a plus
