Job Summary
Drive digital, social media, and influencer marketing initiatives to grow brand presence by managing content, campaigns, and collaborations with creators and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital and social media marketing strategies to increase brand engagement
- Manage content calendars and create compelling captions and scripts for multiple platforms
- Execute daily posting and community engagement on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Identify, engage, and manage influencers/KOLs to support marketing campaigns
- Coordinate content shoots and production activities with creators to ensure quality deliverables
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies for improved results
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in digital and social media marketing
- Proficient in content creation and copywriting for diverse audiences
- Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and analytics platforms
- Experience managing influencer/KOL marketing campaigns
- Background in healthcare, wellness, beauty, or service industries
