Job Description
- Plan, execute and optimise lead generation and marketing initiatives using data-driven strategies.
Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards and databases using Microsoft tools, ERP and CRM systems.
Analyse sales and customer data to identify trends, business opportunities and areas for improvement.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities across various industries.
Maintain and enhance CRM databases, ensuring data accuracy and supporting customer base expansion.
Handle customer enquiries, assess their needs and coordinate with relevant teams to provide suitable solutions.
Support the sales team by identifying potential sales opportunities through data analysis and market insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and improve overall efficiency.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Marketing or relevant industries
- Training Provided
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Comfortable with overseas travels
- Experience in Power BI, Tableau or Power Automate is an advantage
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8.15am - 5.30pm)
- Working Location: Lavender
- Salary: Up to $4200
