- Act as the main contact for SEA team and agents on tariff, benchmark, and customer rate enquiries.
- Manage and handle Singapore customers, including responding to quotation and shipment schedule requests.
- Prepare and update weekly sailing schedules for customers.
- Send out notices and announcements such as surcharge implementations to customers and SEA ports.
- Follow up and collate feedback from stakeholders, compiling data into Excel reports.
- Coordinate rate adjustments, rate restorations, and rate expiries with tariff and marketing teams.
- Distribute monthly benchmark and rate grid updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and update weekly service utilization reports for relevant regions.
- Conduct competitor analysis and prepare related reports.
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable service solutions.
- Resolve customer issues, disputes, and claims promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with trade departments to maintain optimal regional pricing policies.
- Support marketing objectives, monitor agent performance, and ensure efficient internal processes.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
