Role: Performance & CRM Associate
Job Description
- Own and manage a synchronised marketing calendar to align daily push notifications and EDM campaigns
- Transform campaign data into strategic actionables through A/B testing
- Develop and automate user flows and retention, defining the success metrics and logic required to drive long-term customer lifetime value
- Lead creative-strategy for paid media by conceptualising and producing performance driven video content, using AI tools to rapidly iterate on hooks and visual assets
- Create montly website articles to support brand content and SEO driven acquisition
- Support App Store Optimisation (ASO) strategy by integrating keyword intelligence & screenshot updates to ensure seamless transition from search to install
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, CRM or media advertising
- Experience in content creation, especially in filming and editing short-form video content
- Excellent interpersonal and project management skills, with the ability to navigate internal stakeholder dynamics and meet tight deadlines.
- Growth-oriented, independent, and self-motivated with a hands-on approach to problem solving
- Proficient in using AI tools for rapid copywriting and creative iterations to optimise campaign assets.
