Stulz Asia Hub Pte Ltd was established in 2022 and serves as a regional hub for the APAC region supporting our partners and subsidiaries.
Position Summary
The Regional Marketing Associate supports STULZ's regional marketing activities with a strong focus on content creation, digital marketing execution, and regional event support. This role is well suited for an early‑career marketer who enjoys hands-on work, creative storytelling, and gaining exposure across multiple APAC markets. The role contributes to the creation and publication of regional marketing content, including website updates, blog articles, email campaigns, and social media posts. Furthermore, the role involves supporting regional industry events, conferences and customer-facing activities, incl. communications, logistics, booth preparation, stakeholder coordination, and post-event follow-up reporting. In addition, the role supports marketing operations and reporting, including our regional CRM system (HubSpot) to assist with data accuracy, campaign tracking, and performance insights. Working closely with sales and regional marketing stakeholders, the Regional Marketing Associate helps ensure marketing activities are well-coordinated, data-informed, and continuously improving.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations
. Track APAC market and competitor trends, contributing ideas for campaigns, SEO/GEO topics, and partner activations.
. Support regional use of the CRM platform (HubSpot), including basic administration, data quality, reporting, and user support.
. Prepare regular reports and insights on pipeline performance, campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and funnel metrics.
. Identify trends and improvement opportunities from CRM and marketing data, translating insights into practical recommendations.
. Support continuous improvement of CRM usage and adoption through collaboration and best‑practice sharing with regional stakeholders.
Content Creation
. Create and manage regional marketing content across the website, email, and social media channels, including market spotlights, event recaps, product updates, and partner stories.
. Execute digital marketing activities end-to-end, including Mailchimp campaigns, social media scheduling, coordination with industry trade media, and engagement tracking.
. Maintain monthly marketing dashboards (e.g. Mailchimp, GA4) and support performance analysis by turning campaign data into basic insights.
Regional Event & Conference support
. Support the end-to-end execution of regional industry events, including stakeholder engagement, communications, booth set-up, marketing collateral, and on-site support, with opportunities for regional travel.
. Manage event administration activities, including RSVP tracking and post-event reporting.
. Support customer-facing events such as partner workshops, networking sessions, and technical training programmers.
Education / Experience
. Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in data centre, HVAC, engineering, industrial, or B2B technology-driven environments.
. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field advanced degrees or professional certifications are an advantage.
. Solid critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable outcomes.
. Working knowledge of web analytics and campaign performance measurement concepts, including lead generation and funnel tracking.
. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot or similar) is preferred, including data management and reporting exposure.
. Experience supporting trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events, including coordination, logistics, and post-event follow-up activities, is an advantage.
. Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools and graphic design platforms such as Canva, Figma, and/or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
. Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven regional environment.
. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across sales, engineering, HQ, and external partners.
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, suitable for regional and global stakeholder communication, reporting, and content creation.
