What You'll Do
Growth & Brand
- Build and grow our presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
- Create and publish content consistently - posts, stories, campaigns, and creatives
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeting Singapore and the regional market
- Use AI tools such as Claude to automate content creation, campaign planning, and digital growth workflows
- Track and optimise prospecting pipelines to support business development
Operations & Support
- Streamline and maintain daily tracking spreadsheets, reports, and sales activity logs using AI-assisted workflows
- Prepare documents, summaries, and delivery folders to a high standard
- Handle follow-up coordination and outreach calls to prospects and contacts
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in administrative processes
Who We're Looking For
- Comfortable using AI tools - or hungry to learn fast
- Meticulous and detail-oriented - you take pride in getting things right
- Fast and self-driven - you don't wait to be told twice
- A problem-solver who figures things out independently
- Comfortable with Excel, Canva, and social media platforms
- Strong written and spoken English
- Prior experience in marketing, content creation, or business support is a plus
