Finance Manager – Operations

We are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to oversee finance operations across Singapore entities. This leadership role involves managing a team, driving financial excellence, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

. Lead and manage a team of 6 finance professionals

. Oversee the Accounts Payable function, including coordination with the Malaysia shared service team to ensure timely and accurate supplier invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations

. Direct cash flow management, including forecasting and review of foreign exchange hedging requirements

. Take charge of working capital requirements, monitoring bank accounts and loans across all Singapore entities

. Supervise the fixed assets register, ensuring proper capitalization, depreciation, and disposal processes

. Manage hedging activities for newbuild or conversion projects to mitigate foreign currency risk

. Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance Finance department efficiency and excellence

. Liaise with auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance and smooth reporting processes

. Provide support on ad-hoc projects, including issue resolution and cross-functional collaboration

Key Requirements:

. 6-8 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably in a regional or multinational environment

. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Word

. Proven experience in managing and developing teams

. SAP experience is an advantage

. Solid knowledge of financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls

Education:

. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Accounting
