Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Assistant Manager to support our brand growth and market expansion across Singapore and the region. The role focuses on planning and executing marketing campaigns for Farmio's key products (eggs and cooking oil) while driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance. This position suits someone who is creative, data-driven, and passionate about the FMCG and food industry.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute online and offline campaigns to promote Farmio products.
- Brand Development: Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistent communication across all channels.
- Market Research: Analyze competitor trends, customer behavior, and market opportunities.
- Content Creation: Manage design and production of marketing materials and digital content.
- Events & Promotions: Coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, and product sampling activities.
- Performance Reporting: Track campaign results and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in marketing or relevant fields (experience in F&B or consumer goods is preferred).
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity / hands-on experience with social media, digital marketing, analytics, campaign tools, content creation
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
