As a Marketing Assistant (Creative), you will be the visual storyteller for our restaurant brand. This is a hybrid role designed for a creative all-rounder who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and dining environment. Your primary mission is to capture the soul of our food and service through high-quality photography, trendy short-form videos and polished graphic design.
Responsibilities
Content Creation and Design
- Visual Production: Direct, shoot, and edit high-quality Social Media Reels featuring behind-the-scenes kitchen action, food styling and customer experiences.
- Graphic Design: Design digital and print assets, including monthly promotional posters, seasonal menus, EDM banners and social media tiles.
- Photography: Conduct regular food photography sessions for new menu launches and daily lifestyle shots for Instagram Stories.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals align with the restaurant's brand identity, tone of voice and aesthetic.
Social Media and Marketing Support
- Channel Management: Handle daily posting, caption writing, and community engagement (replying to DMs/comments) across social media platforms.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns (e.g., Valentine's Day, CNY, or Anniversary specials).
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on Singapore's F&B trends and viral sounds to ensure our content remains relevant.
- On-Site Coordination: Assist with logistics for media tastings, influencer visits, or in-store events.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and AI tools.
- Strong mobile videography and editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro).
- A portfolio or social media showreel demonstrating your ability to create engaging visual content (school projects or freelance work are welcome).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken) for caption writing.
