Venture Architect
Wright Partners is growing! We are looking for Venture Architects in Singapore to play a hands-on role in building the next generation of startups. In this role, you won't just be analyzing, you will be testing ideas, running pilots, and leveraging AI to move faster than the market.
As a Venture Architect, you will be at the front lines of venture building. You will use AI-assisted research to decode markets, conduct high-impact interviews, and execute the experiments that turn a good idea into a validated business. We are looking for builders who are curious, proactive, and eager to master AI tools to solve complex problems with unprecedented speed.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate market research, automate data synthesis, and rapidly produce high-quality deliverables (decks, models, and reports).
- Conduct AI-assisted research to map value chains and competitor landscapes, turning raw data into actionable venture insights.
- Support customer discovery through expert interviews and stakeholder engagements to validate problem statements and solution fit.
- Support the design and execution of lean pilots and prototypes to test hypotheses in real-world settings.
- Analyze cost structures and profit pools to help build business models that deliver outsized value.
- Structure ambiguous challenges and take decisive action, using AI outputs to sharpen decision-making.
Requirements
- A Degree(e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related disciplines).
- Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, or startup operations.
- High curiosity and burgeoning skill in using AI tools (LLMs, research agents, etc.) to improve work efficiency and problem-solving.
- Experience or involvement in the end-to-end development of a product or a new business initiative, from concept to pilot.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, hypothesis testing, and running lean experiments.
- Strong ability to break down complex markets and financial structures into clear, logical components.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to distill complex AI-generated insights into simple narratives.
- A track record of navigating ambiguity and a fail-fast, learn-faster attitude.
- Must be based in Singapore.
