Company Description
Theia Health specialises in AI-powered automation of coronary CT scan analysis, aiming to accelerate and improve coronary artery disease detection, staging, and monitoring, particularly in the ASEAN region.
Responsibilities
- Assist in general administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day company operations.
- Support preparation and organisation of company documentation (e.g., contracts, proposal, business pitch decks, grants, etc.)
- Maintain and update business records, invoices, and project tracking databases
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, take minutes, and manage follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Product, and R&D) to support company initiatives.
- Graphic design - create brochures, company video, marketing materials, etc. using apps such as Canva, Figma, etc.
Experience & Skills
- Diploma in any related field.
- Strong foundation Business Administration, Management, Life Sciences or related fields.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to present ideas and solutions persuasively to potential clients.
- Ability to think strategically about business growth, identifying opportunities that align with the company's long-term goals.
