About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing & Admin Intern to support our team at Doors to Asia. This role gives you hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, and business development in the F&B industry. You will have the opportunity to work on content creation, social media, and website management, while also gaining exposure to client engagement and sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Digital Content
- Manage and update our company website: .
- Plan, create, and post engaging content on Instagram and Facebook (6-month content plan).
- Support with basic photography, videography, and video editing for campaigns.
- Maintain consistent branding across all digital platforms.
Business Development Support
- Assist with preparing and packing samples for HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafs) clients.
- Support client outreach efforts and help coordinate appointments/meetings for the sales team.
- Learn how sales and marketing work hand-in-hand to drive growth in the F&B industry.
Who We're Looking For
- Current students or recent graduates from ITE, Polytechnic, or University in Marketing, Business, Media, or related fields.
- Strong interest in digital content creation, branding, and social media marketing.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro).
- Interest in photography, videography, and content design.
- Comfortable communicating with clients (good phone etiquette is a plus).
- Proficient in English, with good writing and communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask efficiently.
- Able to work mainly at our office - 29 Mandai Estate & caf (Gen W Lounge).
- Available for at least 3 months (immediate starters preferred).
