Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenMarketing and Operations Internto join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both marketing and operations, working closely with our leadership team to drive growth and expand our reach. Whether seeking a short-term internship (3 months) or a more immersive experience (6 months or 1 year), this role will provide you with skills, knowledge, and connections to kickstart your career and gain real-world experience that matters.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Welyfts products, services, and brand.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and the company website.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Operations:
- Support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business processes.
- Assist in optimizing workflows and coordinating between internal teams in logistics and food delivery.
- Contribute to process improvement projects and help ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.
- Track and report on operational performance metrics and assist with problem-solving as needed.
General Support:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing and operational goals.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining databases.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in marketing, operations, and sustainability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
