Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented B2C Sales & Marketing Executive Intern to support the development of our Travel Retail, boutiques, e-commerce, and retail partners. This role combines commercial follow-up, marketing execution, and operational support to drive Maison 21Gs growth and visibility across multiple touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Travel Retail & Distributors
- Monitor sell-out data, stock levels, and merchandising compliance.
- Coordinate trade marketing activities, launches, and promotions with partners.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports.
- Support sales growth across Travel Retail accounts.
Own Boutiques
- Support customer experience initiatives.
- Assist with in-store activations, workshops, and events to drive footfall and engagement.
- Ensure boutiques reflect Maison 21Gs brand standards in merchandising and storytelling.
E-commerce & Digital Platforms
- Manage product listings, campaigns, and activations on Maison 21Gs website.
- Track sales performance, ensuring accurate content, pricing, and inventory.
- Support CRM initiatives, newsletters, and digital promotions to enhance online engagement.
Marketing & Brand Execution
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across all channels.
- Coordinate content and assets for launches, activations, and PR.
- Provide insights on local consumer trends and opportunities to strengthen brand positioning.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent Excel and reporting abilities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (French, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
