HR and Marketing Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a HR & Marketing Intern to support both recruitment and branding efforts. You will work on candidate engagement as well as creative content that promotes Octomate Staffing's employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and screening of candidates for staffing projects
• Assist in interview coordination and follow-ups
• Create content for branding and social media campaigns
• Edit short videos and visuals for recruitment marketing
• Collaborate with consultants and HR teams to align messaging

Requirements

• Strong interest in both HR and digital marketing
• Proficiency in Canva video editing skills a plus (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro)
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and creative
• Able to commit for at least 3 months
