Job Summary
We are looking for a HR & Marketing Intern to support both recruitment and branding efforts. You will work on candidate engagement as well as creative content that promotes Octomate Staffing's employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sourcing and screening of candidates for staffing projects
- Assist in interview coordination and follow-ups
- Create content for branding and social media campaigns
- Edit short videos and visuals for recruitment marketing
- Collaborate with consultants and HR teams to align messaging
Requirements
- Strong interest in both HR and digital marketing
- Proficiency in Canva video editing skills a plus (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro)
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and creative
- Able to commit for at least 3 months
