Your main responsibilities include:
- Support daily production meetings and manage production improvement proposals to drive operational performance
- Ensure achievement of Cost, Quality, and Delivery targets through robust manufacturing engineering practices
- Lead and support continuous improvement projects, including new process implementations and production setup optimization
- Guide and coach technicians, operators, and supervisors on best practices and process standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, and regional/global teams to ensure business continuity
- Maintain process documentation and deliver training to support knowledge sharing across the organization
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering or operations
- Strong technical understanding of supply chain and operations processes
- Demonstrated ability to lead processes or projects within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with cooling systems, pumps, or data center applications
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards relevant to manufacturing in Singapore
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
