Adecco is partnering with a Global Micro Connectors Manufacturer to look for Manufacturing Engineer with Mechanical Backaground to handle project expansion.
The Job:
- Troubleshoot and resolve daily production and process-related issues to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations
- Lead, coordinate, and execute continuous improvement initiatives (CIP) to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
- Manage quality-related issues in collaboration with QA using structured methodologies such as QRQC and Lean principles
- Partner closely with Engineering and R&D teams to support timely industrialization and transfer of new processes and technologies into production
- Drive operational excellence by meeting company KPIs, yield targets, and internal PPM goals
- Apply systematic problem-solving methodologies (PDCA, TPM, SMED, Six Sigma) to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions
The Talent
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering environment
- Hands-on experience with process improvement tools such as FMEA, SPC, and Lean methodologies
