Responsibilities:
- Set up, calibrate, and prepare lab equipment manage cleanroom scheduling. Ensure ISO and internal compliance.
- Maintain cleanroom operations, including 5S, safety, contamination control, and environmental conditions (temp, humidity, particles).
- Perform preventive/corrective maintenance on facility systems, DI water, and process gas supplies. Troubleshoot issues, coordinate vendor repairs, and support shutdowns.
- Keep maintenance logs, calibration records, and documentation. Assist with new equipment installation and qualification.
- Oversee cleanroom utilities (DIW, CDA, vacuum, power, gases). Collaborate with facilities and EHS for safe operations.
- Monitor utility usage, support audits, maintain records, and conduct cleanroom training for staff, customers, and vendors.
- Support process development, experiments, failure analysis, data collection, and material/lab supply management.
- Participate in WEHS audits and EHS activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering.
- 5 years experience in semiconductor equipment (front-end/back-end), cleanroom systems, and facility maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of cleanroom protocols and contamination control.
- Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- Familiarity with DI water, gases, vacuum, and process chillers is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools (e.g., JMP).
- Hands-on facility operation and maintenance experience.
- Excellent communication, adaptability, self-motivation, organization, assertiveness, and flexibility in dynamic environments.
