About The Job
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the company's freight forwarding operations in Singapore.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market share.
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and high service quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a small team to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control to ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Skills And Experience Required
- Minimum of 5 years experience with a proven track record as a Managing Director or in a senior leadership position.
- Demonstrated expertise in setting business objectives and developing strategic plans.
- Strong commercial acumen with solid knowledge of corporate law, branding, and product positioning.
