Food Commodities Trading Pte Ltd is the Singaporean entity created by the ABAYOCO Group to serve as its purchasing hub in order to centralize and better manage all the purchasing activities generated by the Group.

Main Activities:

Purchasing of Goods and Raw Materials for Group ABAYOCO SA and its subsidiaries through the Singapore based company which encompasses but is not limited to:

• Execute the procurement process

1. Documentation Confirmation.
2. Edit Purchase Orders.
3. Basic Suppliers Account Bookkeeping.

• Sales of Goods and Raw Materials to Group ABAYOCO SA and its subsidiaries

1. Edit Sales Documents to Group ABAYOCO SA and its subsidiaries (Proforma Invoices, Sales Invoices and etc).
2. Basic Bookkeeping of Food Commodities Trading Pte. Ltd. sole customers (Group ABAYOCO SA and its subsidiaries).

• Keep track of the company accounts payable in USD and EUR to all its partner, with the aim to optimize the company cashflow.
• Basic bookkeeping for all Food Commodities Trading Pte. Ltd. transactions, and reconciliation and checking of the operations initiated by the TOGO Team.
• Keep records of all the transactions made by Food Commodities Trading Pte. Ltd. in order to facilitate the Management Account Edition at the year end by the Secretary Office.

Profile:

• Seasoned professional with background in Procurement (Mandatory) and Sales (Optional).
• Strong administrative capabilities.
• Computer Literate (Outlook, Ms Office Suite etc).
• Knows about International Trade Rules and Process (Purchase Orders, Documentation, Invoicing).
• Familiar with basic accounting and budgeting principle and dealing with a multi-currency environment.
