Job Responsibilities
. Lead and oversee the overall operations and business activities of the company.
. Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company growth and profitability objectives.
. Manage construction projects, including project planning, manpower deployment, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
. Monitor project progress and ensure projects are completed within budget, timeline, and quality requirements.
. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
. Oversee company financial performance, operational efficiency, and cost control measures.
. Ensure compliance with all applicable Singapore regulations, including workplace safety, employment, and construction industry requirements.
. Lead and mentor management and operational teams to achieve organizational goals.
. Represent the company in business negotiations, project meetings, and strategic decision-making processes.
Requirements
. Diploma in Building Construction Management or related discipline. Candidates with extensive relevant construction industry experience may also be considered.
. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the construction, renovation, engineering, or building industry.
. Proven leadership experience in managing projects, manpower, and business operations.
. Strong knowledge of project management, contract administration, and construction operations.
. Familiar with Singapore construction industry practices, workplace safety requirements, and regulatory compliance.
. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
. Ability to work independently and make strategic business decisions.
. Ability to communicate with clients, suppliers, stakeholders and foreigner labours.
