My client is currently expanding into Singapore as a strategic growth market. This role is responsible for leading and deepening the presence in the region, building strong client relationships, and supporting commercial growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role at an early stage of market entry, combining operational leadership, client engagement, and commercial responsibility.
The role will initially place a strong emphasis on building a high quality operating capability, establishing client trust, and ensuring excellent delivery, alongside contributing to business development, product development and growth in the region.
The Role
- Led market expansion initiatives and executed regional growth strategies across Singapore and APAC markets
- Established strong market presence through client delivery excellence, strategic partnerships, and trusted stakeholder relationships
- Identified commercial opportunities and positioned the business effectively within the regional wealth, funds, and financial services ecosystem
- Managed and strengthened relationships with key institutional clients, acting as the senior escalation point for operational and service matters
- Built scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and reporting structures aligned with global operational standards
- Drove continuous improvement across processes, systems, client servicing, and operational delivery quality
- Led business development activities including pipeline management, RFP responses, proposal development, and client solutioning
- Partnered with senior leadership on commercial strategy, pricing, market positioning, and long-term revenue growth initiatives
- Oversaw regulatory, risk, and operational control frameworks while implementing performance metrics and accountability standards
- Built and led high-performing teams through coaching, mentorship, cross-border collaboration, and a strong culture of accountability and execution
Your Profile
- Significant experience in wealth management, fund administration, fintech, or related sector
- Strong background in operations, delivery, and client service leadership
- Experience building or scaling operating models and delivery teams
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to business growth, including client acquisition, RFPs, or commercial strategy
- Experience working across multiple jurisdictions in APAC
- Strong understanding of risk, governance, and regulatory environments
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
