MANAGER

1.Manage and supervise construction works in accordance with approved drawings, BCA requirements, and project specifications

2.Plan and monitor project schedules to meet TOP / CSC timelines

3.Ensure compliance with BCA Buildability Score and Constructability requirements

4.Coordinate with QPs, consultants, and authorities for inspections and submissions

5.Enforce Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA) and MOM regulations

6.Ensure proper implementation of RA/MS, toolbox meetings, and safe work procedures

7.Coordinate with WSH Officer / WSH Coordinator on site safety matters

8.Ensure site compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW), lifting plans, and confined space rules

9.Lead investigations and corrective actions for incidents and near misses

10.Liaise with BCA, MOM, NEA, PUB, SCDF, and LTA where applicable

11.Attend site inspections and address authority comments promptly

12.Represent the company in coordination meetings with clients and consultants

13.Monitor project costs, variation works, and subcontractor claims

14.Ensure compliance with SOP Act (Security of Payment Act) requirements

15.Coordinate progress claims, certifications, and payment schedules

16.Manage subcontractor performance in line with contractual obligations
