About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on professional taking charge of the full spectrum in HR functions. You will work closely with management and department heads, shaping people policies, strengthening culture, and building scalable HR systems as the company continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and off boarding.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation, MOM regulations, work pass applications, quota and levy matters.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and SOPs aligned with regulatory and business requirements.
- Handle disciplinary actions, investigations, and grievance cases professionally and in accordance with company policy.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower statistics, and management updates.
- Ensure smooth daily office operations and coordination across departments.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Supervise and guide HR and administrative staff, ensuring efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience including management and leadership.
- Solid understanding of Grants, Singapore labour laws, MOM guidelines, and work pass processes.
- Strong organisational, communication, and people management skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems (Infotech).
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
